By visiting our website (that’s this one!), using our resources, or booking in a service, you’re agreeing to play by our rules — that includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We promise to keep things simple and respectful — and we ask the same from you.

 

What We Do

​

We provide occupational therapy services for children, teens, and adults to help build skills, confidence, and independence in everyday life. Sessions may be in the clinic, at home, in the community, or online — tailored to suit your needs.

Booking & Changing Appointments

​

We know life can get a bit hectic. If you need to reschedule, we totally understand! Just let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can offer the spot to someone else who may be waiting.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or miss an appointment entirely, the full session fee may apply (unless there are compassionate circumstances — we’re human too!).

 

Fees & Payments

- Fees are outlined in your individual service agreement.
- We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or through your NDIS plan manager (if you have one).
- Invoices are due within 7 days, unless we’ve made another arrangement.
- If you’re with the NDIS, we’ll follow their guidelines for cancellations, billing, and reporting.

If there are ever any concerns about payment, just reach out — we’re here to help and will always try to work something out.

 

Respecting Privacy

Your information is private, and we treat it that way. We follow Australian privacy laws and handle your personal and health details with care and confidentiality. Read more about how we protect your privacy in our Privacy Policy.

We love sharing helpful tips, blog posts, downloads, and resources! You’re welcome to read and use them for personal or educational purposes — but please don’t copy or republish them without our written okay. Sharing is caring, but permission is key 💫
